I receive way too many inquiries about Ph.D. positions and can no longer respond to individual emails. Please do not email me to ask about openings, funding, or to request a meeting to discuss your application. I generally aim to recruit at least one Ph.D. student each year, but the number of available positions depends on funding and pending grant decisions (which I only find out after the application deadline). I will review submitted applications (including letters) and reach out to candidates whose interests and experience are a strong fit.
